I’ve been told that imitation is the latest form of flattery cus, it reveals the real perfection of another individual whether it be physically, or mentally, it is the act of mimicking.

Such as an individual, who maybe a mentor, or a lover, or maybe just another. The act of mimicking is alike to seeing another face when you look at you in the mirror. Another similarity to stepping on another person’s shadow, cus you know you can, but once you look down and try to step on yours, you know you can’t.

Maybe it’s a part of the “underneath the surface” that nobody can see, maybe it means, you can easily be someone else, but it’s harder to stay true to you. You see, the act of mimicking is much more than trying to provoke some sort of laughter.Yes, it SHOWS rather than tell, but why mimic another individual when you know it only makes you invisible.

See, to me, imitation isn’t another form of flattery, rather it shows misery, cus’ you know, you can’t be me.
